This classroom management system would be great for younger grades, it's a good system because you can either go up or down. I remember in my elementary years you could only go down or get to the red light, but with this system it gives kids motivation to be more than just a good student who listen but also a student who goes above and beyond in the classroom.

Quiet Critters
Whenever you decide that it is important for students to be quiet pass out the quiet critters and whenever that student talks take away the quiet critter. Whenever their quiet time is over whoever still has a quiet critter either gets a prize or a point whatever your motivational classroom management is. This would be good for younger grades who have a hard time not yelling out when they are not suppose to, this gives them motivation to stay quiet.
Picture: Google Idea: Placement
In my current placement which is fourth grade they use a ticket system which I believe is great for upper grades because it is almost like dealing with money to them. With this system they can gain tickets for a variety of things completed work, showing good character, or listening to directions and the teacher. The teachers can also take away tickets from students who are misbehaving or did not turn in their work. The students can use the tickets to buy pencils or paper, and if they get a lot they can sit at the teacher's desk or sit by a friend.
This teacher uses a cup system for when students need the teacher instead of them raising their hand, she uses it for writing time and keeps the cups at the writing center.
This is a think sheet for students who misbehaved in the classroom and need to reflect on what they have done. It is also great documentation for the teacher.
In this video a teacher uses the 3 B's for classroom management when she is having important reading time with a small group.
Poster to display in the classroom to show students what voice level they should be at, this is also good for students who need a visual.
